As a mouthwash, combine a scoop of Tanoral® with a small amount of water. Swish solution throughout mouth, keeping solution in mouth for at least 30 seconds - 1 minute and then spit out solution. Do not swallow Tanoral® solution. As a toothpowder or gum powder, apply a small amount of Tanoral® to a wet toothbrush. Brush teeth and gums gently using a circular motion. Tanoral® is a gentle yet potent formula for maintaining oral hygiene and for eliminating oral bacterial and yeast overgrowth in the oral cavity.
