Potassium and Magnesium are put together in this formula because Potassium interacts in many of our body systems with Magnesium. In our bodies, we need to maintain proper levels of Sodium, or else we will be more at risk for decreased health. The way to do this is to make sure that our Potassium levels can balance our Sodium levels.
