Through unique sprouting processes**, our formulas become concentrated with genistein (soy) and sulforaphane (broccoli. This means that their levels of antioxidant agents surpass those of soy and broccoli sprouts grown under regular conditions.

Why take these formulas? It is the broccoli sprout, NOT the mature broccoli plant we eat, which exhibits the highest levels of sulforaphane. The sulforaphane levels of the mature broccoli plant are relatively non-existent. Pesticides and poor soil conditions effect the nutritional quality of our fruits and vegetables. Even organic produce varies greatly in nutritional content.
